Post go-live support & stabilisation
Get NetSuite working properly after a difficult go-live. We assess urgent blockers within days and work towards a reconciled first month-end close, so your team can use the system with confidence before temporary workarounds become everyday habits.
The first month shapes how your team feels about the system
Orders get stuck, pick lists are wrong and finance can’t reconcile the figures. Temporary workarounds quickly become routine. A difficult go-live can be fixed, but leaving the problems unresolved can mean months of frustration and, eventually, another implementation.
What stabilisation involves
- Blocker triageThe issues stopping daily work are ranked by impact and fixed in that order.
- Month-end one, closedReconciliation is forced through, because a real close is the confidence event that matters most.
- Data hotfixesMigration misses and duplicates that disrupt operations are corrected fast.
- Process first aidBroken flows are patched to workable now and queued for proper fixes afterwards.
- Floor presenceConsultants sit next to users and answer questions in minutes rather than through tickets.
- Handover to steady stateThe punch list is burned down, followed by a calm transition into support.

Talk through the symptoms with a senior consultant who has recovered failing projects. It’s free, it takes 30 minutes and there’s no sales pitch.
What stabilisation buys you
A close, on record
Month one is reconciled, which is the moment confidence starts to return.
Workarounds die young
Problems are fixed in week two instead of institutionalised by month six.
Confidence recovered
Users see problems fixed daily; the system’s reputation turns before it sets.
A rescue you didn’t need
Stabilising now costs a fraction of reimplementing later.
How it runs
Triage – we spend two to three days on site or in the account and rank the problem list.
Sprint one – daily blockers and data hotfixes are cleared, with visible wins in the first week.
Close support – month-end is worked through alongside your team until it reconciles.
Punch list – remaining issues are burned down on a published board.
Steady state – we hand over to managed support, with the lessons written up.
What to know before you start
- !Stabilisation isn’t a redesign. We fix what stops the business working, while deeper design flaws are named, costed and queued, because mixing redesign into stabilisation extends both.
- !Some problems are adjustment, some are defects. Week one tells the difference, and we will say plainly which is which so effort lands where it counts.
- !The original partner’s warranty may apply. If defects are theirs to fix free, we’ll say so. Paying twice for the same fix helps nobody but them.
- !Stabilisation hands over to ongoing support. Once the system is steady, this work ends with a defined handover – documentation of what was fixed and why, and a choice about post-implementation support: your own team with our operating guides, or a retainer for the months that follow.
