NetSuite integration
Systems that talk properly. Orders, stock and cash flowing between NetSuite and everything else, with problems caught before you feel them.
Why integrations break, and stay broken
Most integration problems aren’t noticed until they cause bigger problems. For example, a connection built by a developer who’s since left, or a sync that stops working and nobody notices until the stock figures are wrong in every system. These connections sit between systems, so they often sit between teams too, and end up owned by no one. That’s when small errors become expensive ones.
The numbers bear this out. Panorama’s 2026 ERP Report found more than a quarter of projects went over budget, with additional technology needs the leading reason. A common cause is launching unfinished connections without assigning someone to manage them.
Six workstreams, each with its own page
Each connection type has its own page, with the platforms, the approach and what to watch out for – covering e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, Magento), CRM including Salesforce, 3PL and warehouse, EDI, iPaaS platforms and custom API integrations.
More pages in this section are publishing through October and November.
Connecting NetSuite to another system?
Talk through the integration with a solution architect. It’s free, it takes 30 minutes and there’s no sales pitch.
What solid NetSuite integration buys you
One version of events
Orders, stock and customer records agree in every system, so nobody spends month-end reconciling them.
Failures that announce themselves
Errors queue, alert and retry by design – not discovered at month-end.
No more double entry
Your team stops copying data between systems by hand, and the mistakes stop with it.
Connections with owners
Documented, monitored and maintainable by whoever comes next.
How we build NetSuite integrations
Map the flow – what moves, which direction, who wins when they disagree, on paper first.
Choose the pattern – iPaaS, native connector or custom API. Recommended on fit, never on margin.
Design the failures – error handling, retries and alerting designed before the happy path.
Build & prove – developed to standards, tested against real volumes and ugly data.
Monitor & own – dashboards, alerts and a named owner. Integration is a living thing.
What to know before you start
- !Decide which system is in charge first. When two systems hold different versions of the same information, one has to win. No software can make that call for you. We help you make the decision, then build everything to match it.
- !The other system matters as much as NetSuite. If your warehouse provider or marketplace has limited connections, that limits what any integration can do. We check both ends before we promise anything.
- !Instant syncing isn’t always worth it. Most data does its job just as well moving every hour or every night, at a fraction of the complexity. When ‘instant syncing’ is worth the extra cost, we’ll be the first to say so.
