How Does Suite Generation Pricing Work?
We believe that the best work is done when we can partner with our clients in an on-going relationship. So, we offer “Memberships” that provide you access to our team of NetSuite professionals. These memberships are available for any number of hours per month (with a minimum of 5 hours) and are based on £250/hour. So, you can get a 5 hour membership for £750 a month.
What are the Benefits of Memberships?
As a member you get access to a team of dedicated NetSuite professionals for however many hours you’ve signed up for. A membership is typically used to cover one-off support requests, writing SOWs, and high-level advising; however, you can enroll in a larger membership if you have a lot of admin or dev work you need help with.
What if I Have a One-Off Large Project?
We offer a fixed-cost option for bigger projects that come up. This ensures the project stays under budget and gets done in the most efficient way possible with a clearly laid out Statement of Work (SOW). SOWs provide clear documentation of project deliverables, timeline, and milestones, and a clear way to tell when a project reaches completion.
Can I Change My Membership Level?
Our clients are able to change their membership level at any point before the 1st of the month. So, if January 31st rolls around and you realize you need to switch from 40 to 60 hours, just shoot us an email (a couple weeks notice is preferred, but we get it if it’s the 31st :)), and we’ll get things set for February.
Can I Get Hours Without a Having Full Membership?
Sure! We understand that not every business we support may have needs for regular NetSuite Support, so we also offer an on-demand rate of £200/hour.
