NetSuite CRM, Commerce & Service
Run quote to cash in one system with CRM, SuiteCommerce, CPQ and order management. By keeping selling, transacting and service on the platform that already holds your orders and billing, revenue data stops being retyped between platforms.
What to know before you scope
- !NetSuite CRM is operational, by design. It is strong for pipeline tied to orders and billing. Enterprise sales-ops depth, such as sequencing, forecasting science and enablement, is Salesforce territory, and integrating the two is often the right answer.
- !SuiteCommerce is a commitment. It gives you one platform and one item master; dedicated storefronts give you pace and ecosystem. We don’t sell either, so you’ll get the trade-off straight.
- !CPQ earns its keep on complexity. Configurable, option-heavy products justify it. Simple price-list quoting doesn’t need the module or its maintenance.
- !Field Service is newer ground. Capable, moving fast and worth scoping against your dispatch reality rather than the demo.
