NetSuite project rescue & recovery
Stalled mid-build? Live and broken? Or a partner gone quiet? Recovery starts with a clear read of where you really are.
By the time it’s called a failure, most of the money is spent
Milestones slip and decisions stall, but nobody inside a struggling project wants to admit it’s failing. Panorama’s 2026 ERP Report found more than a quarter of projects went over budget. An independent, third-party diagnosis gives you an objective read, and the earlier it happens, the more of your budget it protects. If NetSuite is already live but not working properly, the rescue diagnostic starts in the same place.
Six NetSuite rescue workstreams, each with its own page
Six entry points, one discipline: project analysis and diagnostic, failed implementation recovery, post go-live stabilisation, data cleansing and repair, SuiteScript and customisation remediation, and switching implementation partner. Pick where you are, and the same senior NetSuite consultants take it from there. We’ve led dozens of recoveries since 2018.
More pages in this section are publishing through October and November.
What a NetSuite project rescue buys you
An end to the burn
A written verdict, delivered fast, on what’s gone wrong and why. The uncertainty stops growing.
Paid-for work salvaged
Everything sound in the existing build is kept and credited to the plan.
Dates you can plan around
A re-baselined timeline with our name against it, tracked weekly by a UK-based senior team.
The sequel prevented
Why it failed goes in writing, so the recovery doesn’t repeat it.
From suspicion to stable
Whatever the entry point, a NetSuite project rescue follows the same shape.
Diagnose: one to two weeks inside the account and the artefacts. Prioritise facts before plans.
Verdict: keep, fix or rebuild. Component by component, costed, in writing.
Stabilise: resolve urgent issues and keep the business running before making deeper changes.
Recover: a senior team executes the re-baselined plan; you see progress weekly.
Hand over: documented, stable and boring. Then support takes it from there.
What a client said
I couldn’t have continued without Ben’s support – the alternative would have cost a fortune.
Project in trouble?
Talk to someone who fixes stalled NetSuite projects. It’s free, it takes 30 minutes and the advice is yours, whoever does the work.
What to know before you start
- !Sometimes the verdict is ‘rebuild’. If fixing costs more than redoing it right, we say so with numbers. Sunk cost is the enemy of good decisions.
- !Your contract with the current partner shapes the exit. Notice periods, IP and access clauses in that agreement decide how graceful the handover can be. We read it before advising.
- !Recovery needs your decisions too. Projects rarely fail on the partner’s side alone. The plan sets out what we need from your team, so nothing is left to chance.
