Cookie policy
The short version: we use a small set of analytics cookies, and only with your consent. Everything else is strictly necessary storage or third-party services you choose to use.
Our position
We don’t run advertising or cross-site tracking, and the site sets no marketing cookies. We do use analytics to understand which pages help visitors and which don’t – and those cookies load only after you accept them in the consent banner.
Strictly necessary
Where the site needs technical storage for basic function – for example, the cookie that remembers the consent choice you made in the banner (set by Complianz, our consent tool) – that storage is strictly necessary and doesn’t need consent under PECR.
Analytics – only with your consent
Google Analytics 4: measures visits and page journeys so we know which content earns its keep. Sets cookies beginning _ga.
Microsoft Clarity: shows us how visitors move around a page – scrolls, clicks, sticking points – so we can fix what confuses people. Sets cookies beginning _clck and _clsk.
Neither loads until you accept analytics in the banner. Change your mind at any time via the banner’s Manage consent option, and these cookies stop being set.
Third-party services
Call booking (Microsoft Bookings): our booking buttons take you to a Microsoft Bookings page, which runs on Microsoft’s domain under Microsoft’s own cookie policy. Using the booking flow is your choice; the main site works without it.
Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. This involves a request to Google’s servers but does not set cookies.

If we add further non-essential cookies, we’ll list them here and ask for consent first, as PECR requires. This version: September 2026.
