Privacy notice
How we collect, use and protect personal data. Short version: we collect what you send us, use it to respond and deliver work, and don’t sell it to anyone.
Who we are
SuiteGeneration is a trading name of Darcy ERP Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 13249968, registered office 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 1RJ). We are the data controller for personal data described in this notice.
Questions or requests about your data: hello@suitegeneration.net.
What we collect
Enquiries: name, email, company and whatever you include in a message or form submission.
Bookings: if you book a call, our scheduling provider (Microsoft Bookings) collects your name, email and selected time on our behalf, under Microsoft’s own privacy notice.
Recruitment: if you submit a CV or apply for a role, we collect the career and contact information you provide.
Sourced candidates: sometimes we receive a candidate’s details from a referral or a public professional profile rather than from the candidate directly. When that happens, we’ll tell you where your details came from when we first contact you.
Website: our site sets no first-party tracking cookies. See the Cookies page for the full position.
Why we use it, and the lawful basis
Responding to enquiries and running client relationships – legitimate interests (running a B2B consultancy), or steps towards a contract where you’re engaging us.
Recruitment – steps prior to entering a contract, and legitimate interests in assessing candidates. CVs are treated confidentially and shared only with people involved in the relevant opportunity.
Legal obligations – accounting and tax records where the law requires retention.
We don’t use automated decision-making or profiling. A person reads every enquiry and every CV.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data for us. Email and document hosting, scheduling (Microsoft Bookings), and our accountants where legally necessary. Each acts under contract and only on our instructions.
For recruitment placements, candidate details are shared with the specific client only with the candidate’s knowledge.
We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, transfers rely on UK-approved safeguards (adequacy or standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to six months after our last contact. Candidate CVs: up to six months unless you ask us to keep them longer or delete them sooner. Client records: for the engagement plus statutory retention periods.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
Marketing
We don’t send marketing emails. If that ever changes, we’ll only contact you where the law allows, we’ll say clearly who we are, and every message will include a simple way to opt out. You can object to direct marketing at any time by emailing hello@suitegeneration.net.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@suitegeneration.net and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d welcome the chance to resolve it first.
Changes
We’ll update this notice when our practices change. This version: September 2026.
