A NetSuite demo without the sales pitch
See what NetSuite can really do – and what it can’t – before you sign anything. By demonstrating the product from our own environment, with no licence to sell you, we show the pitfalls alongside the strengths.
The official demo shows you a perfect account
Oracle’s sales demos run on highly configured accounts that have never met bad data, a rushed integration or a real month-end. They present what NetSuite does brilliantly, and never the problems and pitfalls you will actually manage. That is a sales call doing its job – it is just not the full picture a six-figure decision deserves.
What an independent demo actually involves
Scope what you actually need An initial conversation mapping your processes to what any demo must prove, so you watch with the right checklist.
Take on the NetSuite demo We schedule the call with NetSuite, or join the one you’ve already booked, and we drive it: we make the salesperson be specific about what the system can and can’t do, and get the limits admitted in the room. Mis-selling is common in NetSuite sales; this is how you avoid it.
Dig deeper in our own demo After Oracle’s call, we run a demo in our own environment: what’s possible, what it means for timeline and budget, where NetSuite is weak against your requirements, and how we’d mitigate the risks. An unbiased read on fit.
What you walk away knowing
The gaps, before you buy
Where NetSuite will need configuration, add-ons or workarounds for your processes.
The right questions, asked
Oracle’s demo team answering the hard questions while they still want the deal.
A decision you can defend
An even-handed read on fit that stands up in front of your board.
How it works in practice
Tell us where you are – evaluating cold, mid-sales-cycle or demo already booked.
We prepare – your processes become the demo agenda, whoever is presenting.
Get the written read – fit, gaps and the questions still open, in plain terms.
What to know before you book
- !Our environment is not your environment. A demo shows the product, never your build. What your account will do depends on design and data – which is exactly what we help you scope.
- !We sell delivery, and that cuts the other way. Promising something we can’t deliver is a risk to us, not just to you – and forcing NetSuite onto a business it doesn’t fit is more work than it’s worth. If it doesn’t fit, we’d rather be the ones who said so.
- !Licences still come from Oracle or a reseller. What we do is arm you for that negotiation. We push back on sales claims with delivery reasons – “that approach will take more hours, because of X”. If you’ve already picked a partner, we’ll challenge their quote. And we’ll challenge a licence proposal that would force customisations on top, because that inflates the real cost. The demo never ends in a licence quote from us.
