Recruitment & Resourcing

NetSuite recruitment, without the gamble

We audit the NetSuite people you’re about to hire, so your NetSuite staffing decisions rest on evidence rather than CVs. Candidates for your permanent admin, developer or consultant roles are technically vetted by working consultants before you commit – and because we don’t take permanent roles ourselves, we’re never a rival candidate for the job.

Hire with a consultant in your corner

When you’re building an internal NetSuite team – a full-time administrator, a permanent developer, an in-house consultant – we assess the candidates you’re bringing in. Solution design, delivery history and real platform depth, judged by people who do the job themselves. It makes our NetSuite recruitment slower than a CV sift, and much harder to get wrong. With UK employer hiring confidence near record lows (CIPD’s Labour Market Outlook, August 2026), few teams get a second run at the same hire.

Why it works

Not a NetSuite recruitment agency, and that’s the point

Agencies fill roles and take a placement fee, so their incentive is the hire happening – most ERP recruitment works this way, and NetSuite is no different. We’re a consultancy first: our recruitment work is auditing the people you’ve found – or helping you find them through our network – the same way we vet consultants for our own projects. When we say a candidate knows manufacturing costing or multi-subsidiary consolidation, it’s because a consultant who does that work has checked.

Most clients use us when hiring permanent staff to build out an internal team – exactly the roles we’ll never compete for, because our own people work on projects, not payrolls. Some also have us audit a contractor before extending an engagement. Either way, the advice carries no placement commission.

For consultants

Good NetSuite people are hard to find. So we keep hold of them

If you’re strong on delivery, we’d like to know you before the work exists – for project engagements with us, and for client roles we’re asked to help fill. Send a CV or watch the current openings.

NetSuite recruitment FAQs

How is this different from a NetSuite recruitment agency?
Agencies place candidates and earn on the placement. We audit them: working NetSuite consultants assess your candidates on real project history and platform depth, not keyword matches – and we take no placement commission, so the verdict is the product.
Do you cover permanent and contract hires?
Mostly permanent: the service is used when companies build an internal NetSuite team, hiring a full-time administrator, developer or consultant. We also audit contractors before an engagement is signed or extended. Our guide to permanent vs contract resourcing covers the trade-offs.
What does a candidate audit cost?
Scoped per role and put in writing before we start, the same way all our pricing works. There is no placement fee and no commission on the hire – you pay for the assessment, whatever you decide.
Which roles do you cover?
NetSuite administrators, developers and consultants – the roles companies hire when bringing NetSuite capability in-house – across the UK. If you’re not sure which role you need, start with NetSuite job roles explained.
