What to know before you hand it over

!Authority stays with your named owner. We execute inside an agreed change policy. Access grants, role changes and anything touching controls route through your approver; the audit trail shows both signatures.
!Admin is not development. Scripted customisation and integration builds are the Services pages’ territory. The admin function maintains and configures; where a request is really a build, we’ll say so and scope it separately.

Is this a helpdesk or an administrator?

Both. You get a named admin function running your account’s hygiene, plus a response lane for user issues; and which applies to each function is agreed at the start.

How does this compare with hiring an admin?

A full-timer makes sense from a certain workload; below it you’re paying for idle capacity. We’ll show you the arithmetic plainly, and the recruitment pages cover the hire route if that’s your answer.

How much does outsourced NetSuite administration cost?

What access do you take?

Named users on least-privilege roles that you approve. Administrator-level access is used only where the task demands it, every action is attributable, and 2FA is enforced throughout.

Can you take over from our current admin?

Yes. We start with a handover from your current admin, capturing how the account is set up and what’s in progress. If there’s no handover, we work it out from the account itself, which takes a little longer.
