Free NetSuite Self-Assessment: a 10-Area Health Check

Request our structured self-assessment of your NetSuite account. Ten areas and fifteen minutes: we provide a transparent, pattern-based assessment of your operational risk and wasted spend.

15 minutesIndicative, impartial
What it is

A calibrated self-assessment, plainly framed

Questionnaires can’t inspect your account. This one is built from the same framework as our consultant-led health check, tuned so your answers place you against the patterns from the UK accounts we’ve reviewed and rescued. Think of it as a NetSuite audit checklist you can complete without giving anyone account access. It tells you where to look; the full review tells you what’s there.

The ten areas

What the free NetSuite health check walks through

  • Close & reconciliation healthDays to close, reconciliation coverage, reopen frequency – the finance vital signs.
  • Data qualityDuplicates, negative stock, unapplied cash – the corruption indicators.
  • Customisation estateScript count, documentation, release-testing habits – the technical-debt read.
  • Process frictionWorkaround census, export economy, approval bottlenecks.
  • Licence & module utilisationWhat’s paid for against what’s logged into – the waste line.
  • Integration healthError-queue habits, sync failure discovery time, ownership.
  • Security & access hygieneAdmin sprawl, leaver process, role discipline.
  • Reporting realityWhere management numbers actually get finished – system or spreadsheet.
  • Release readinessPreview testing, regression checklists, deprecation watching.
  • Support & ownershipWho fixes things, how fast and what happens when they’re away.
How it works

Four steps, fifteen minutes

  1. Request the questionnaire – ten areas, multiple choice, fifteen minutes – no account access needed.

  2. Get the scored read – we score your answers area by area against the patterns from real accounts.

  3. See the priority order – which findings are urgent, which are waste, which can wait.

  4. Choose the follow-up – self-fix with the linked guides, or hand the findings to a consultant-led review.

Good to know

What a questionnaire can and can’t tell you

  • !Indicative, never diagnostic. Self-reported answers calibrate against patterns. The consultant-led health check inspects the account itself; this tool tells you whether that’s worth commissioning.
  • !Scores reflect your candour. Optimistic answers produce optimistic reads. The tool is most useful answered by whoever feels the pain daily.
  • !No account access, by design. Nothing connects to your NetSuite. It’s questions and calibration, which is why it’s safe to run in fifteen minutes and free.
Straight answers

Quick questions before you start

Is it really free?
Yes. The questionnaire and the scored read cost nothing and carry no obligation. It shows us where you might need help and shows you whether a full review is worth commissioning – that trade is the whole model.
Do you need access to our NetSuite account?
No. Nothing connects to your system. You answer questions; we score them against patterns from real accounts.
What happens after I send my answers?
A consultant scores them, sends the area-by-area read with a priority order, and that’s it unless you ask for more. We won’t add you to a sales sequence or chase you with calls.
