The problem

The UK NetSuite market rewards the wrong things

Most UK NetSuite firms are resellers first: paid on licences, staffed to maximise billable juniors, incentivised to say yes. Finding senior people whose advice has no licence attached is genuinely hard. Which is the gap this consultancy was built to fill.

What we do

What we deliver across the UK

The payoff

Why UK companies pick us

Senior people, actually

Everyone client-facing at or close to solution-architect level. The person you meet is the person who delivers.

Advice with nothing attached

No reselling, no partner targets. When we say NetSuite fits, it’s an opinion, never a quota.

UK hours, UK context

HMRC, MTD, UK GAAP and British month-ends – native, never localised.

Rescue-proven

Our implementations are shaped by fixing everyone else’s. The failure points are designed out.

Choosing the right help

Freelance NetSuite consultant or consultancy?

Many UK businesses start by looking for a freelance NetSuite consultant. For a well-defined task, a good freelancer can be the right choice. For larger or riskier work, a consultancy gives you more cover. The right choice depends on the size of the work and the risk to the business if it goes wrong.

When a freelancer fits

A single, well-defined piece of work, such as a set of saved searches, a workflow or a short admin backlog, where one person’s skills cover everything and a delay would not put the business at risk.

When a consultancy fits

Implementations, rescues and integrations usually need more than one specialism: finance, inventory, development and project management. A consultancy can bring in the right specialist for each area, cover holidays and absence, and keep one senior lead accountable for the whole project.

How we work

We sit between the two. You get a small, senior team led by one accountable consultant, with specialists added only when your project needs them. If a freelancer would serve you better for a particular task, we’ll tell you. And if you’d rather hire someone directly, see how to hire a NetSuite consultant.

How it works

How engagements work

  1. Talk – thirty minutes with a solution architect. A clear read on your situation.

  2. Scope – what it takes, what it costs, what we’d push back on – in writing.

  3. Deliver – remote-first with on-site where it matters: workshops, go-lives, board sessions.

  4. Stay useful – support and advisory after go-live, sized to what you actually need.

Good to know

What to know before you start

  • !Remote-first is a choice, and we’ll defend it. Design workshops and go-lives deserve a room; routine delivery doesn’t need a daily commute billed at day rates. You pay for expertise, never for travel theatre.
  • !We’re deliberately not a licence reseller. Buying NetSuite still goes through Oracle NetSuite or a reseller; we’ll happily sit on your side of that negotiation instead.
  • !Small by design. A hand-picked senior network means we take engagements we can staff properly. If we can’t, we say no rather than staff it thin.

NetSuite Consultant UK FAQs

Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes. Remote-first from day one, with on-site for workshops, go-lives and steering wherever you are.
Are your consultants UK-based?
The core team and network are UK-based, and response is prompt in UK business hours. Specialists are matched to your modules and industry.
What does a NetSuite consultant cost in the UK?
Senior day rates vary by specialism. We scope before we quote, and the estimate is one we stand behind. No junior blend rates dressed as savings. Our pricing page sets out typical UK market ranges and how we charge.
Do you work with businesses outside England?
Yes. We work with businesses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and in Ireland. Most delivery is remote, so your location doesn’t limit who you can work with, and we travel for the sessions where being in the room helps.
Can we have a consultant embedded in our team?
Yes. Team extension puts a senior NetSuite consultant inside your team, working under your direction for as long as you need. It suits businesses that run delivery themselves and need proven expertise in the seat. See all our NetSuite services.
