NetSuite pricing & consultant costs
Every quote we give is scoped to your project and put in writing before work starts. Here’s our guide to NetSuite pricing in the UK: how we charge, what drives consultant costs and why we don’t publish a rate card.
What does NetSuite consulting cost?
As a general industry guide, UK day rates typically run £500–£800 for mid-level NetSuite consultants and £800–£1,200+ for senior solution architects and specialists. These are market ranges, not our rate card, and they depend on experience, specialisation and hiring channel. See ERP Research for a broader NetSuite cost perspective. Here’s why we quote per scope instead.

Three ways we charge
Every piece of work runs on one of three models. Plenty of clients move between them as the work changes shape.
Scoped fixed price
Defined outcome, written scope, one number. The default for implementations, migrations, rescues and well-bounded configuration work. Change is handled through explicit change orders, never absorbed silently and invoiced later.
Time & materials
Senior time billed as it’s used, with weekly burn visibility so there are no month-end surprises. The right shape for diagnostics, advisory, embedded roles and work that starts small and grows as needed.
Ongoing support & subscriptions
A flat monthly fee for the run-a-function-for-you services, fractional NetSuite administration in named-team blocks, and support retainers with agreed response expectations. Scoped to your volumes at onboarding, reviewed if they change materially.
What drives NetSuite consultant costs
What a NetSuite consultant costs depends almost entirely on scope: entity and subsidiary count, transaction volumes, module surface, data condition, integration count and how much decision-making your side can absorb versus delegate. Two ‘implementations’ can differ by five times on those axes, so a published rate card would either overcharge the simple project or underprice the real one.
What we will always do
Quote in writing before work starts, itemise what’s in and out, and flag scope movement the week it appears. If the answer is that a cheaper shape would serve you better, we’ll say so.

How to keep NetSuite consultant costs down
The biggest savings come from decisions you make before and during the project, not from a lower day rate.
- Clean your data earlyData condition is one of the biggest cost drivers. Duplicates and old records take consultant time to sort out during migration.
- Name a decision-makerOne internal owner who can make decisions quickly keeps the project moving. Waiting for decisions adds days to any project.
- Start with standard NetSuiteUse standard functionality first and customise only where it adds clear value. Every customisation has a build cost and an upkeep cost.
- Phase the rolloutGo live with the core processes first, then add modules and integrations once the basics are stable.
What a written quote from us includes
Every quote sets out the scope, what’s included and what isn’t, the charging model, who will do the work, a timeline and the assumptions behind the price. It also explains how changes are handled, so you know in advance what happens if the scope moves.
